The project began in the Autumn of 2002 with the aim of providing a one stop shop advice centre for the residents of Mid Rhondda.

The ARK Youth and Community Project is an ambitious plan to establish a multi functional facility in the heart of one of the most deprived areas of the UK. We enjoy widespread support from organisations directly involved in delivering front line services.We aim to offer a safe and inclusive environment for young people and the wider community that offers opportunities for recreation, employment, community education and diversions from substance misuse.
